Full Course Description

START at holly bush 50 yards north of exit from Black Lane into Forest Road, Holmsley.
Proceed north to junction with Burley Road at Thorney Hill.
Turn left to crossroads in Bransgore.
Turn left, past church to junction with Harrow Road where left to junction with Lyndhurst Road.
Turn left and continue to junction with Forest Road to cross cattle grid and past start (5.05 miles).
Repeat circuit to
FINISH at brown signpost to Heathfield Caravan Park, approx 175 yards short of Start.
