Full Course Description

START at Calmore roundabout.
Take A36 towards Ower, pass over Totton Western bypass and straight over at roundabout (first exit).
Turn left towards Cadnam, over Copythorne Hill to Cadnam roundabout where left towards Netley Marsh on A336.
At Netley Marsh roundabout turn left onto Totton western bypass.
Straight on at next roundabout then take slip road under bridge and continue left to roundabout.
Keep left to pass over Totton western by pass and continue to Calmore roundabout where left into Industrial Estate to
FINISH on bridge by lakes.
